2000.
This CD is an Amadian private recording for personal use.
"Amarok" is a one track album lasting over 60 minutes but, as
according to the inner sleeve notes made by Mike, this long track can be splitted into
several short tracks making its listening more pleasent and comfortable, giving you the
chance to jump forward and backward. The inner sleeve notes are a good guide but they are
incomplete and give shifted timings, but according to this notes and the ones found in Mike's FAQ one can split the track into 52 tracks after a carefullly listening. Even the
FAQ has a few mistakes, imho, so this CD contains the result of my point of view of how
"Amarok" can be divided in multiple tracks. The music has been taken from the
HDCD remixed release.

'MusicVR 1st Episode' created by Mike Oldfield.
Project finished on September 7th, 2002.
This CD is an Amadian private recording for personal use.
With the release of "Tr3s Lunas" Mike
Oldfield presented to the world the first episode of an interactive game for PC called MusicVR.
This game was plenty of music bits you can listen to while playing, also many of this bits
featured music not included on his album "Tr3s
Lunas". Marcus Junglas, Brandon Blume and Octavio Molano have remixed this music
bits to convert them into full length music tracks, each one giving us their personal
point of view. Marcus collaborates with his "Return To The Origin" mix
of all the music that can be heard on the game; "Tr3s Lunas II" is
Brandon's remix while the bonus tracks remixes are done by Octavio.
The album also includes version 1.1 of the
first episode of MusicVR, 'Tres Lunas', a 3D interactive game of virtual reality created
upon an idea of Mike Oldfield playable only on PC computers. To play the full version of
the game you have to register, and pay, online at www.mikeoldfield.com.

This CD is an Amadian private recording for personal use.
It is a non-copy protected CD version of commercially avaliable
Tubular Bells 2003. The CD is a pure digital copy of the original copy
protected CD done to avoid artifacts and hardware potential damage
caused by totally useless IFPI's Copy Protection method. This CD has
also been made to show record companies how useless are their copy
protection engines and how much money they waste trying to stop
piracy. The author of this site has bought all of Mike's discography
and has spent a lot of money on it and the rest of his huge audio
collection and so he cannot accept how any record company tries to
punish him selling him a corrupt non-standard audio CD of one of his
favourite artits. Executives at Warner... EAT THIS!.
If you want
to know more about "corrupt" discs please visit Campaign for Digital Rights web
site.
The author of this site is totally against Copy
Protected Audio CDs and recommends you to read Richard
Carter's comments about copy protection in general and Tubular Bells 2003 in
particular.
